About Our Livestock
For over 140 years, the Silvies Valley Ranch has been a leader in raising the highest quality beef cattle and chevon goats. Our animals are sustainably raised and pasture-fed on over 150,000 acres of pristine land, including both our own property and historic grazing allotments. This expansive environment allows them to roam freely, nourishing themselves on the diverse and nutrient-rich wild mountain meadow hay that we grow ourselves. This commitment to traditional, sustainable ranching practices is not just our heritage—it is the foundation of the exceptional flavor and quality you will taste in every meal.
